We need to update our servers’ firmware to ensure reliable operation. This will result in a half hour outage, at 10pm NY time.

Server performance has not been up to the usual high standards over the last couple of days. We have installed three new servers and should have them online in the next day or two. Most performance problems are now largely resolved – the web interface is still not as fast as we would like; in the next 24 hours that should be fixed as we bring a new backend server online.
The system is undergoing an emergency reboot. Should be back in 5 minutes.
We are currently experiencing slow performance on mail delivery, and in using the web interface. We are investigating the cause of this and hope to have it resolved shortly.
