We just experienced a server outage. We have restarted all services to resolve the outage. The problem was caused by a server reboot which resulted in other servers failing to bypass the rebooting server correctly, and eventually timing out. We will have a fix that will resolve the cause of this problem in the next 24 hours.
There will be a short outage in about 15 minutes at 7pm NYC time (see here for your timezone) to configure our network into a bigger switch. This should only take 5 minutes or so.
