Our backup MX server, in2.smtp.messagingengine.com, is not receving email for a couple of hours due to a database rebuild. I’ll update this ticket when the rebuild is finished and we can re-enable message delivery.

As mentioned in emails sent to affected users, there will shortly be an outage on server4 to install some new RAM. We’re just confirming final arrangements with our co-location facility and this should now happen in about 45-60 minutes, an hour later than originally expected.
Update: We’re about to take server4 down now (5AM EST time). Hopefully this will take about 30 minutes
Update: 5:30AM EST and the server is back up and online. Performance will be a bit slow for 10 minutes while the queued email is delivered
