The WebDAV interface is returning “incorrect username or password” even when you use the right details. You can see in the login log that you were authenticated properly. I’m looking into it now.

There was an approximately 5 minute outage affecting all servers as a change to username logging froze authentication. This has been resolved already, but I’m posting this to acknowledge that it happened.

It appears that the Cyrus upgrade broke the ‘keyword’ functionality which we use for flagging messages for delete and move. This means that they’ve been working indifferently depending on how lucky you happen to be (interestingly, my personal account has had no problem, and neither have any of our test accounts – but I have replicated it very easy with other people’s accounts)
I am reverting Cyrus back to the previous installed copy. This will require another restart on all servers, sorry.

All the backend servers will experience short outages over the next half an hour as they are restarted to install new software (server1 users, you already had yours, sorry for not informing you first!)
We are upgrading cyrus on the current servers to 2.3.3 to be identical to the new infrastructure servers to mailbox transfer goes smoothly.
