We’re currently in the process of upgrading our IMAP server software. It appears that there is a small incompatiability problem with some IMAP clients causing connections for affected users to be immediately terminated. This appears to be affecting a few dozen users at the moment and we’re investigating why and hope to have a fix shortly.

We believe we’ve worked out the cause of the problems and have fixed the IMAP server software so all users should be able to login and work normally again.
