Our SMS gateway provider is currently having problems delivering SMS messages to some numbers. The errors are being reported as "Could not route message" responses. We’ve contacted the gateway provider support to try and find out more.

The routing issues appear to have been resolve now by our SMS provider

The FastMail forums are run for us as a completely separate service at emaildiscussions.com.
Apparently their servers have had some serious hard drive problems, and they are in the process of trying to get their servers restored and their data back online. At the moment, the forums are completely unavailable, but hopefully things should be working again within 12-24 hours.

Over the last 12 hours we’ve noticed that email to hotmail.com, msn.com and live.com servers from our servers was being delayed.
We’ve now worked out what was causing the problem, and email to all of the above services should be going through normally again.
