One of our drive units has gone offline, affecting a few users. I’m switching them to the replicas now.

We had some problems with one of our web servers earlier today causing an outage when using the web interface of about 20 minutes.
The problem has been fixed, and we’re investigating the failure mode to try and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
