It appears that worldpay (our credit card payment provider) was having some problems processing payments the other day. It appears that between the times 2010-05-18 20:10 and 2010-05-19 00:30 (US EDST) all payments failed with the error:

Incorrect authorisation password

The problem has been resolved, and all users that experienced this error should be able to try again now.

After a reboot of one internal server, a core service hasn’t restarted for some reason, and it’s currently causing internal resolve failures, which is affecting all web, imap and pop connections. We’re investigating ASAP
