Our network link at NYI has been out for about 15 minutes. Techs are investigating. All services are inaccessible.

Network connectivity has been restored. All services are back online. Email queued during the network outage is being delivered.
We’re investigating more to find out what caused the outage.

Wow – finally back up! We still don’t know exactly what caused it, but moving our uplinks seems to have cleared it.
