Due to a bug in a changed configuration file, user websites created from file storage areas mapping URLs that contained special characters (eg spaces, non-letters/numbers) where failing for about 18 hours.
This was fixed about 4 hours ago, and additional tests will be put in place to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
