A software bug cleared the quotas for some users over the past 24 hours.
This will not have affected any use, other than allowing users who were already over quota to receive emails again briefly.
We are in the process of re-creating quotas for these users. Since the quota information is also stored in the database, it can be recreated with no loss. Everything will be back to normal in an hour or so.
