A backend mail server crashed, making mail unavailable for some users. Services are being moved to alternate machines and will be available again shortly.

All mail services were responding slowly or not at all for a short period due to an internal DNS failure. Everything is running normally again.

LDAP was returning no results for about half of all requests since 10:10am UTC. The service has been moved to another machine while we investigate.

The problem has been traced to a bug introduced this morning. We're reverting that change now. We expect service to be restored shortly.

A minor bug prevented calendars syncing for some users. The bug has been fixed and a fresh calendar sync run is being performed for all users.

An out-of-memory condition on one of the IMAP servers caused new connections to be rejected. We've cleared some caches to restore services, and are now looking into ways to prevent this happening in the future.

One mail server has failed. This will affect mail access for a small number of users. We're looking into it.
